Updating your password
The ‘Settings’ screen of the PhoneLine+ Partner Portal allows you to change your own Partner Portal password.
How to update your password
- Click ‘Settings’ then ‘Personal’
- Add your current password (for security purposes)
- Choose a new password, then type it again to confirm it
- Click ‘Update’.

If you are changing your password, please ensure that you have entered your current password correctly and that your new password is 8 or more characters, and contains letters and at least one number.

It is not currently possible to change a customer’s PhoneLine+ app password on their behalf.
