Updating your partner information

How-to guide
To update your partner information within the PhoneLine+ Partner Portal, click ‘Settings’ from the main menu and then ‘Partner’.
Here you can update your company name, contact information, and address details.
Once you have updated your information press the ‘Update’ button to confirm the changes.
Note: as the billing account for will remain unchanged, any ambiguity concerning company name changes should be avoided.
Troubleshooting
If you are not able to update your partner information, please check the following:
- You have completed all required fields (Company name, Full name, E-mail address, Phone number)
- The e-mail address that you have entered is valid and unique (not already been used within PhoneLine+)
