Updating your personal information

To update your personal information within the PhoneLine+ Partner Portal, click Settings from the main menu and then Personal.

Personal information

Here you can update your name and e-mail address. When you are finished, press ‘Update’ to confirm the changes.

Update password

You can change your password. To do so, you need to enter your current password for security purposes.

Your new password must be 8 or more characters, contain letters and at least one number.

Troubleshooting

If you are not able to update your personal information, please check the following:

  • You have completed all required fields (Full Name, E-mail Address)
  • The e-mail address that you have entered is valid and unique (not already been used within PhoneLine+)
  • If you are changing your password, please ensure that you have entered your current password correctly and that your new password is 8 or more characters, contain letters and at least one number.
