When submitting a ticket, Gamma will likely ask for specific information to better support you.

When submitting a ticket, please include the following information:

  • A description of the issue, including symptoms
  • When the issue started
  • A description of the diagnostic steps you have performed
  • Any call examples (3 failed calls, within the last 48 hours).
