Managing portal users

You can manage existing users on your PhoneLine+ Partner Portal.
Click ‘Portal users’ from the main menu.

This will bring up a list of any users currently set up on the system.

Edit a user
Click on a users’ name to bring up an edit screen. You can now update the information for this user, including their name and e-mail address.

Delete a user
You may wish to delete a user if they no longer require access to the PhoneLine+ Partner Portal.
To do this, press the ‘Delete user’ button.
Note: once a user has been deleted this cannot be undone.
Troubleshooting
If you are not able to update the details of a portal user, please check the following:
- You have completed all required fields (Full Name, E-mail Address)
- The e-mail address that you have entered is valid and unique (not already been used within PhoneLine+)
