Update the information for a customer by clicking their name from your list of customers.

You can then change the following:

  • Company name of the customer
  • Customer contact information
  • Customer permissions for outbound calling (whether they can make international / premium UK calls)
  • Customer contract length (also resets contract start date)

 

Deleting a customer

You can delete a customer by clicking on ‘Permissions’ from the customer menu and then pressing the ‘Delete Customer’ button.

Note: once a customer has been deleted, this cannot be undone.

 

Troubleshooting

If you are not able to update the details of a customer, please check the following:

  • You have completed all required fields (Full Name, E-mail Address)
  • The e-mail address that you have entered is valid and unique (not already been used within PhoneLine+)
