PhoneLine+ Release Notes (Partner Portal) – 29/05/2024

We have delivered the following to improve the functionality available in the partner portal:

New Functions/Features

  • Global search added to the partner portal – With the introduction of this, channel partners can now search for any provisioned customers in their account by one of the following variables; Phone Number, Customer Name, MAC Address, User Name, Email Address and Postcode. This takes away unnecessary button clicks and navigation through multiple tabs to service end customers.

Bug Fixes

  • An Issue was highlighted that meant some channel partner users could not delete users from a PL+ company, this has now been resolved
  • Partners were reporting issues when trying to use the number porting process on the PL+ partner portal, this was an issue to do with the Rangeholder check failing which has now been resolved
  • Two very similar issues were raised where partners were having an issue updating their users call settings, which was only impacting certain browsers. This has now been resolved.
