PhoneLine+ Release Notes (Partner Portal) – 26/03/2024

We have delivered the following to improve the functionality available in the partner portal:

Improvements:

Ability to Suspend and Reactivate Accounts

  • Channel partners are now able to suspend and reactivate their Customers through the Partner Portal, with the ability to add a number redirect for any attempted outbound calls.

Call Activity available in the partner portal

  • Channel partners will now have the ability to see the call history on their end users accounts, as well as being able to see which destinations the call was pushed to, this can help them diagnose any faults that come in

Partner can set CLI Presentation Number in the partner portal

  • This is a mimic of the functionality end users currently have available in the PL+ app that was a gap we currently had in the partner portal.

Amends to Numbering Logic

  • We have made a change to the numbering logic on the PL+ platform which now means that an end user does not have to have a number associated to them. This will save issues with number exports as well as issues that partners are having trying to remove “holding” numbers whilst waiting for other numbers to port into the service.

Grandstream ATA

  • In order to provide a lower costing and easier to use ATA in our PhoneLine+ hardware portfolio, we will be launching the Grandstream ATA (HT801). The Grandstream ATA is a single port ATA which should make it easier to initially set up for our end users in comparison to the current Cisco ATA being offered on PL+.

New Contract Lengths

  • We are introducing new contract lengths for our partners to provision companies against, these contract lengths will be 24 months and 60 months. These new contract terms will be offered alongside our current offering of rolling, 12 months and 36 months.
