General Issues
- Portal errors when updating user limits: Some partners were automatically logged out of the partner portal when amending the user limit. This has been resolved.
- Updating Contact Name in portal: Partners were unable to update the contact details and email address on the portal which was problematic if a user had left the business. This has been updated and testing has proven positive.
- Call Options ‘when busy’ not visible in portal: Some partners were reporting that the ‘when line is busy’ options in a user calls settings were not visible to be amended in the portal. This issue has now been resolved.
