PhoneLine+ (General) Release Notes – 29/05/2024

When making calls to certain mobile numbers (varies depending on the carrier), ringing was not being generated locally for the calling party, this has now been resolved.

When using the “update customer API”, some of the values being passed through were not being updated correctly although a 200 OK response was being sent from the PL+ platform – this is now resolved
When using a combination of the GET Customer APIs (by customer, ID and retrieving a list of numbers), there were inconsistencies in the number count being returned to the user – this is now resolved
When using the “add customer user” API, if the orders are processed in bulk, we have seen clashes in how numbers are being allocated, leading to some users being created without a number or attempts being made which allocate the same number causing an error – this has now been resolved.
